About the Role:

Kelly Services is seeking **Machine Operators** to join a fast-paced, innovative glass manufacturing team in **Manchester, NY** . This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with long-term potential. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in a modern production environment—we want to hear from you!

Pay and Schedule:

+ **Starting at $16+/hour** (based on experience)

+ Monday – Friday

+ Start time: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM

+ Shift length: 8–10 hours (overtime available)

+ **Perk:** Occasional early-out Fridays

Job Duties:

You may be responsible for:

+ Lifting and moving large glass panes with a team member

+ Preparing glass for shipping (using tabs and shrink-wrap)

+ Laminating and sealing glass units

+ Caulking aluminum-framed glass panels

+ Operating machinery in a production setting

What We’re Looking For:

+ Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

+ Comfortable with physically active, hands-on work

+ Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

+ Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience is a **plus** , not a must
