Required Skills:

Finance Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement scalable financial processes related to short term and long term planning cycles.

2. Develop resilient models for headcount that facilitates scenario planning by collaborating with business/finance stakeholders.

3. Gather, consolidate, analyze trends &

4. drivers and prepare reporting to drive better resourcing investment decisions.

5. Synthesize and clearly communicate the concise ‘Infra Story’ to upper management.

6. Serve as the central point of contact for key business and finance partners, guiding them through key planning activities.

7. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.

8. Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and three years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation

10. Alternatively, Employer will accept five years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree and three years of work experience. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable

11. Requires three years of experience in the following skills:

12. 1. Experience with large hyperscale tech company with exposure to Data Center and Infrastructure or Hyperscalers

13. 2. Writing SQL queries and building financial models and complex nested formulas in Excel or Google Sheets

14. 3. Experience with PPT, Google Sheets, or Google docs

15. 4. Learning new systems or tools and proactively look for opportunities to create operational efficiencies within existing processes

16. 5. Headcount related analysis

17. 6. Understanding of relevant accounting concepts and experience in strategic financial planning

18. 7. Translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations and maintain high accuracy in reporting

19. and 8. Building working relationships with Senior Leadership or Managers

$189,494/year to $192,170/year + bonus + equity + benefits
