Job Title

Plant 80 | Finishing Lead | Shift 2

Position Overview

Essential Duties:

+ Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences

+ Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel

+ Perform Tuftbind and Delamination test when needed

+ Fill in for supervisor when needed Perform periodic weight checks Respond to any issues that arise during the shift

Non-Essential Duties:

+ Create line-ups in Line-Up Manager Complete End-of-Shift reports

+ Fill out MedGate reports when necessary

Education:

+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:

+ Previous Utility or Operator experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

+ Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb stairs May be required to lift 70 lbs.

Other Requirements:

+ Computer Skills

+ Can communicate problems and solutions to the supervisor and manager

Training Requirements:

+ Familiarity with all positions on the line

Safety & Security Requirements:

+ This position has the responsibility and authority to report to management any safety problems, and potential problems, encountered while performing the job

+ This position has the responsibility of the quality and safety of his/her own output and their co-worker

+ Must adhere to and provide guidance on all departmental LOTO procedures

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
