What’s a typical day as Senior H.R. Generalist? You’ll be:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll for the U.S. and monthly payrolls for the U.K., Germany, France, and Dubai using outside payroll services, reporting to the VP of HR.

• Managing all benefit programs, including reviewing and approving monthly premium statements.

• Supporting the recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience (must have).

• Possess strong knowledge of employment law compliance and benefits administration.

• Are proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
