Our Community Hospice services provides a special kind of care that focuses on allowing patients to live with dignity, where and how they want to live, with the best quality of life possible. We can provide support and guidance for months, and not just a few days or weeks.

RN SUPERVISOR-Community Hospice-WEEKEND TRACK-

Eligible for Full-Time Medical Benefits

Work days are Friday 3-7pm, Saturday&Sunday 8am-6pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend every 6 weeks.

What you will do:

+ Lead our weekend team who are caring for Hospice patients/families

+ Coordinate with other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families.

+ Support and develop our nursing team.

+ This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams include medical directors with specialized expertise in end of life care, RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers!).

What you will need:

+ A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York

+ BSN preferred but not required.

+ Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.

+ Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

+ Previous Hospice experience preferred
