Responsibilities:
1. **Analytical Support Services:**
2. Review reports and associated correspondence packages for adequacy, completeness, structure, content, and format to ensure compliance with task requirements.
3. Provide recommendations to improve and finalize inadequate packages prior to senior leader review.
4. Analyze information from various acquisition and program sources to support decision-making processes.
5. Author, review, and edit documents, preparing reports and correspondence for senior leader signature.
6. **Program Performance Assessments:**
7. Participate in program performance assessments of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs).
8. Ensure senior leader decisions are clearly communicated in correspondence prepared for signature.
9. Determine the acceptability of documents based on composition, coordination, and logical analysis.
10. **Task Prioritization and Monitoring:**
11. Monitor workload and precedence of tasks to direct prioritized changes to documents and routing based on rational, well-founded priorities.
12. Manage priorities effectively under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information.
13. **Coordination of Activities:**
14. Coordinate activities in support of program and budget reviews, including preparing schedules to ensure documents are drafted, coordinated, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with established guidance.
15. Review documents in relevant software systems to ensure they meet criteria for acceptance.
16. Coordinate activities in support of annual budget reviews by working with affected offices and agencies to ensure timelines are met.
17. Support management action groups by distributing materials to subject matter experts and preparing binders for leadership review.
18. Coordinate weekly reports by tasking offices for inputs, consolidating inputs, and preparing drafts for leadership review.
19. **Must be a US citizen**
Qualifications:
+ Must be a US Citizen
+ Active Secret clearance is required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related degree is required.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity with a federal agency. Department of Defense experience is preferred.
+ Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers. Desired qualities include initiative, sound judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
+ Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects working independently without continuous oversight or instruction.
+ Must be knowledgeable in government acquisition processes and program management.
+ Experience coordinating activities related to program and budget reviews, annual budget processes, and management action groups is preferred.
