The Finance Analyst - Commission & Bonus is responsible for ensuring effective plan processing and accurate reporting for multiple incentive plans.

Major Function and Scope:

+ Maintain a thorough understanding of the incentive plan component(s) to ensure payments are accurate and in compliance with each participants sales incentive plan document.

+ Compile, evaluate, and analyze incentive compensation information from multiple systems.

+ Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets critical to the reporting and processing of compensation plans.

+ Work closely with the management regarding compensation plan communication and education.

+ Respond to incentive inquiries including conducting research and preparing incentive related adjustments.

+ Provide prompt, accurate and thorough feedback to participants and sales leaders, as a business partner.

+ Administer monthly manual incentive calculations.

+ Collaborate with business development to expand our reporting in current and new incentive plans.

+ Reconciles balance sheet accounts as required.

+ Monitors headcount reports to detect areas of improvement.

+ Performs other related analytical duties as required.

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

+ Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.

+ 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Competencies:

An individual who values accuracy, thrives in the details, uses critical thinking to find solutions, can prioritize work to meet tight deadlines and has an appreciation for process efficiencies. Have good Excel skills - ability to perform Excel modeling of new and existing incentive plans. Able to learn several systems and extract data as needed. Capacity to work both independently and as a key member of cross-functional teams, at times in a project management role
