    Summary:

    The Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Sourcing Specialist will grow and maintain the provider candidate pipeline by using best practices to proactively search for qualified job candidates for current and planned open provider positions. They need to be tenacious and creative at identifying provider candidates through multi-media channels including but not limited to job boards, social media sites, corporate alumni associations, residency/fellowship training programs, networking events, cold calling/texting.

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION

    + Associate Degree in HR or related field, five (5) years of HR related experience accepted in lieu of degree

    EXPERIENCE

    + Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in recruitment, applicant sourcing, Human Resources, or related field, in a healthcare environment or supporting a healthcare organization

    + Strong work ethic and track record of achievement

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

    + Internet savvy with a strong understanding of online research methodologies, comfortable utilizing social media platforms, and conducting online research and information gathering

    + Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies

    + Solid computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software applications

    + Understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices

    + Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

    + Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
