    Job Summary:

    IT Veterans is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the SI Directorate with financial management and budget analysis operations. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience supporting government financial operations. You must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a CI poly.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support financial management operations, budget analysis, and program resource coordination for the SI Directorate.

    + Assist with internal financial activities, analysis, events, and documentation packages.

    + Prepare and support agency-level budget briefing materials, including responses to Congressional inquiries and requests for information.

    + Assist in program and budget review preparation and execution.

    + Track budget execution and report any anomalies.

    + Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint to support financial operations.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field — OR equivalent work experience in a comparable role (budget analyst, resource analyst, accountant, financial analyst, or financial auditor).

    + Specialized experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or other Government Agency financial or budget processes.

    + You must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a CI poly.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience with DoD or Government Agency budget execution processes (funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, credit card purchases).

    + Knowledge of fund execution policies for principal DoD and Intelligence Community appropriations.

    + Familiarity with U.S. Intelligence Funding Programs.

    + Experience working with DoD or Intelligence Community programs and budgets.

    + Proficiency in financial databases, systems, and spreadsheet tools, including working knowledge of DoD, ODNI, or NGA financial management systems.
