Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packer-Midnight Shift to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packer-Midnight Shift

**Location:** Vancouver, WA

**Pay Range:** $18.65 to $19.40

**Shift:** Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

What's the Job?

+ Perform various manufacturing functions, rotating tasks every two hours.

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to safety and quality standards.

+ Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain clean room attire.

+ Act as a sorter, bagger, sealer, boxer, and palletizer as needed.

+ Complete cleaning tasks as assigned by the Packing Lead or Supervisor.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to sort, count, and verify product quantities accurately.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

+ Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.

+ Capability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
