Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead preparation of annual financial statements using a modified completed contract method.

+ Manage weekly cash flow reporting and treasury functions.

+ Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and expense reporting across multiple entities.

+ Provide strategic accounting guidance on revenue distribution and working interest calculations.

+ Supervise corporate insurance and benefits administration.

What We’re Looking For:

+ **CPA designation** required.

+ Deep expertise in **oil & gas accounting** , especially partnership revenue distribution.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
