    Cabinet Finisher – Job Description

    **Overview:** The Cabinet Finisher is responsible for preparing and applying finishes to custom cabinetry and wood products to ensure a high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing result.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Sand, stain, seal, and topcoat wood surfaces using hand tools and spray equipment.

    + Mix and match stains or paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.

    + Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

    + Follow finishing specifications and safety protocols.

    + Maintain a clean and organized finishing area.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in wood finishing or cabinetry.

    + Familiarity with conversion varnishes, glazes, and spray techniques.

    + Strong attention to detail and color matching.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
