Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do
As an Ink Dispenser Technician, you’ll ensure accurate ink preparation and inventory support for our flexo printing presses. Responsibilities include:
+ Distribute inks to presses per daily schedules
+ Return unused inks and maintain organized storage
+ Operate ink dispenser to create new batches
+ Conduct quality tests to confirm ink readiness
+ Troubleshoot ink and dispenser issues
+ Monitor base ink inventory and coordinate with Pre-Press Manager
+ Perform monthly ink inventory counts
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
+ Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
+ Support additional duties as needed
What You’ll Need
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Ability to distinguish color differences is essential
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
+ Technical capacity and mathematical reasoning skills
+ Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
+ Work performed in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
+ **Regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs)** , and equipment handling multiple times a day
+ Use of PPE including hearing, eye, and foot protection
+ Exposure to non-toxic smells, noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures\
