Our client, a leader in light industrial manufacturing, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the assembly department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Electrical Assembly Technician

**Location:** Mechanicsville, VA

**Pay Rate:** $21 hourly

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems.

+ Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings.

+ Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to enhance assembly efficiency.

+ Coordinate work with other groups to ensure commitments are met.

+ Maintain compliance with quality procedures and policies during operations.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma plus 2-5 years of related assembly experience.

+ Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

+ Experience working in a factory setting, preferably with torque tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
