    The Opportunity

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Water Solution team.

    + Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff in the regional design centers that are supporting project detailed design.

    + Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations.

    + Support business development related to enhanced Electrical services.

    + Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.

    + Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues.

    + Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.

    + Review of supplier submittals.

    + Act as a liaison between the local design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design.

    + Startup and testing of major electrical equipment.

    + Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area.

     

    This role will support projects primarily in California. The ideal candidate will be located or willing to relocate to **Irvine, Los Angeles, San Marcos or Murrieta** Metropolitan Areas.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.

    + Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

    + All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Professional Engineer (PE) License in California or other preferred U.S. States.

    + Ability to lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing.

    + Support business development, including developing scope-of-work, level-of-effort, and site visits to understand the scope of the pursuit.

    + Strong leaderships skills, with desire to train and develop early career and/or inexperienced professionals.

    Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
