We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our Total Booth Management (TBM) program at an automotive paint facility in Arlington, TX. This role is key to supporting the Account Manager and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled work, adherence to safety standards, team coordination, and implementation of continuous improvement. This is a 24/7/365 shop, shifts can include, days, nights, weekends and holidays.

+ Support the Account Manager in delivering client requirements and service excellence

+ Implement and enforce safety plans and scheduled work procedures

+ Coordinate with team leaders to ensure operational consistency

+ Train and onboard new personnel in TBM processes and safety expectations

+ Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

+ Assist in managing temporary workforce and subcontractors as needed

+ 2–5 years of operations or supervisory experience, preferably in an industrial or service-based environment

+ Experience managing teams or shift personnel is a plus

+ Strong organizational and leadership skills

+ Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality control

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
