    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

    + Oversee nursing staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of care and efficient patient flow.

    + Function as the central contact for clinical operations, providing leadership and guidance.

    + Manage and coordinate hospital resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    + Facilitate communication between departments, resolving conflicts and addressing staff concerns promptly.

    + Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor patient care and safety protocols.

    + Be the leadership and help to manage diverse healthcare teams.

    + Effectively problem-solve and handle emergencies, or operational challenges of the staff.

    Qualifications

    Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:

     

    1. Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 4. One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred. 5. Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience 6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
