We are looking for a motivated and efficient Sales Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sports media sales company by connecting with potential clients and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with prospective clients and introduce the company’s products and services.

• Qualify leads through effective communication and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.

• Research and identify new business opportunities using various tools and platforms.

• Maintain and update lead data in the company’s systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of the company’s offerings to provide informed and persuasive sales support.

• Ensure professionalism and enthusiasm in every client interaction to build positive relationships.

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.

• Contribute to the team’s overall success by sharing insights and supporting collaborative efforts.

Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or sales environment with a track record of meeting performance goals.

• Strong ability to make high-volume calls while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Proficiency in lead research and qualification, with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
