Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our application development initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives while aligning with technical capabilities. The BSA will support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing support, and production validation for new and existing applications.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting application development projects.

Experience gathering and documenting requirements and creating functional specifications for developers.

Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.

Ability to create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Strong collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

Proficiency with requirements management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).

Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
