Your Mission:

As our next AP Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our accounting operations. Your stellar analytical skills and knack for staying organized will ensure seamless accounts payable processes. You'll process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and manage check runs with an eagle eye, helping us deliver excellence to our clients and keep things running smoothly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

+ Process invoices swiftly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.

+ Manage vendor relationships by monitoring accounts and reconciling statements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and drive timely payment resolutions.

+ Execute regular payment runs, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Innovate and improve AP processes to maximize efficiency.

+ Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide reporting insights.

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ 2+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.

+ Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel proficiency, and a passion for mastering new tools.
