Description We are looking for a skilled Data Science Manager to lead data-driven initiatives and oversee the transformation of raw data into actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making. Based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, this role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage a small team while driving innovation in data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and optimization of data warehouses, ensuring streamlined storage and accessibility for analytics and reporting.

• Develop and apply business logic to raw data fields to generate meaningful insights for field operations and decision-making.

• Lead the creation and implementation of advanced reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide customized analytics to support revenue reporting.

• Utilize Snowflake and Python scripting to enhance data lake functionalities and support scalable data solutions.

• Supervise and mentor a direct report, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Design and implement ETL processes to transform and load data efficiently across multiple platforms.

• Apply expertise in BI engineering to develop and maintain robust business intelligence frameworks.

• Integrate tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka to optimize data processing and analytics workflows.

• Partner with leadership teams to align data strategies with organizational growth objectives. Requirements • Proven experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma.

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Python scripting for data lake and analytics applications.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and expertise in tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.

• Hands-on experience in revenue reporting environments and advanced analytics.

• Solid understanding of SQL and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.

• Background in BI engineering and designing scalable data solutions.
