Our client is a well-established law firm in Brielle, NJ, offering high-level legal services across a range of practice areas. With a growing Trusts and Estates practice, we are seeking a talented attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal to support the firm’s growing estate litigation, planning, and administration practice. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with estate and trust administration matters, including probate filings and preparation of estate inventories

• Draft routine correspondence and legal documents such as certifications, waivers, and notices

• Organize and maintain estate files and case management systems

• Liaise with clients, courts, and financial institutions

• Support litigation processes by managing discovery, exhibits, and trial preparation

• Conduct basic legal research related to estate issues

Requirements

ualifications:

• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience as a paralegal in a Trusts and Estates or Probate practice in New Jersey

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

• Strong communication and organizational skills, diligent adherence to calendaring of dates and filing deadlines.

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion

• Familiarity with New Jersey probate procedures is preferred
