    Description

    Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly esteemed and reputable boutique construction defense law firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional with a strong background in civil litigation to make an immediate impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Draft and revise legal motions and pleadings.

    + Prepare discovery responses and assist in deposition preparation.

    + Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategi

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.

    + A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.

    + Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

    + Reliable self-starter with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience or knowledge of construction defense matters (strongly preferred, but not required).

    + Candidates located in California are preferred for hybrid work options, but remote candidates will also be considered.
