Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HR practices, including employee relations, training programs, and compliance management. The HR Manager will play a key role in enhancing organizational policies and driving employee engagement while maintaining regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Administer benefits programs, ensuring timely communication and effective management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
• Lead onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.
• Collaborate on the development and enhancement of HR policies to align with business objectives.
• Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline operations.
• Drive employee engagement strategies that promote retention and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning initiatives to align HR goals with organizational priorities.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling employee relations and engagement strategies.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and onboarding processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
