This role is integral to our hospitality operations, providing attentive service in our sophisticated lounge environment.
As a Lounge Server, you will welcome guests, take orders with precision, and ensure their comfort while collaborating closely with the kitchen team to guarantee timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.

Responsibilities
+ You will provide excellent service to our guests by promptly taking and delivering accurate food and beverage orders in a friendly manner.
+ We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently after each guest's use.
+ You shall actively listen to guest requests or concerns, addressing them professionally and escalating to management as needed.
+ We rely on you to assist with preparing the lounge for opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and restocking supplies.
+ You will engage with guests by sharing knowledge about menu items and specials, making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
+ We expect you to adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
+ You shall collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
+ We count on you to handle financial transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change or receipts as necessary.
Requirements
+ You must have excellent verbal communication skills to engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
+ We require you to possess strong multitasking abilities for managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
+ You should demonstrate a proactive approach in anticipating guest needs and offering appropriate recommendations on beverage options.
+ You need to be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to accurately answer any guest inquiries.
+ We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring all seating and dining areas are presentable at all times.
+ You must exhibit reliable cash handling skills for processing payments and providing accurate change efficiently.
+ You should have the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to coordinate timely food delivery.
+ We seek someone who can effectively manage time during high-volume periods to deliver prompt and attentive service.
