    We are looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our dynamic team in New York, New York.     Responsibilities:

    • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, with a primary focus on office, retail, and hospitality spaces.

    • Independently handle commercial leases from start to finish.

    • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of due diligence materials for real estate transactions.

    • Provide legal counsel on tenant-related matters and disputes.

    • Offer strategic advice on various legal issues impacting the company.

    • Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising the team accordingly

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate / commercial leasing.

    • Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate commercial leases.

    • Active license to practice law in the state of New York.
