Description We are looking for a skilled Application Packager to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves creating, managing, and optimizing application packages while leveraging design tools such as Photoshop and InstallShield. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain application packages using tools such as InstallShield.

• Utilize Photoshop for design creation, photo retouching, and packaging components.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure packaging and labeling meet production standards.

• Conduct photo shoots and produce high-quality designs for packaging.

• Ensure all packaging designs align with branding guidelines and project requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application packaging.

• Create detailed documentation for packaging processes and workflows.

• Implement effective solutions to optimize packaging performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to packaging and design tools. Requirements • Proven experience in application packaging, including InstallShield expertise.

• Proficiency in Photoshop for design and photo retouching tasks.

• Strong background in packaging components and labeling processes.

• Ability to manage photo shoots and create designs with a strong focus on detail.

• Solid production skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design packages and 3D modeling is a plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve packaging-related issues.
