    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Branch Operations Supervisor to join our team in West Covina. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the branch manager in staff development and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations, including cash handling, teller functions, and customer service

    + Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

    + Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance to maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction

    + Oversee branch audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records

    + Support account opening and maintenance processes, loan documentation, and transaction approvals

    + Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve complex inquiries professionally

    + Monitor branch security procedures and ensure proper protocols are followed

    + Collaborate with the branch manager to implement operational improvements and meet performance goals

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred

     

    3+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role

     

    Strong knowledge of bank operations, policies, and regulatory requirements

     

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems

     

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
