SUNY Delhi is seeking dynamic and dedicated Adjunct Instructors for immediate openings for the Fall 2025 semester to teach clinical courses in our pre-licensure nursing program. Clinical learning opportunities are offered in a variety of healthcare settings in Delaware, Otsego and occasionally in surrounding counties. Adjunct instructor positions are part-time. Adjuncts may be eligible for generous healthcare benefits based on teaching load.

School of Nursing Majors Offering Clinical Instruction|

+ Registered Nurse (https://www.delhi.edu/academics/majors-programs/associates/nursing/index.php)

+ Bachelors: Dual Degree Program

Duties may include:

+ Clinical Instruction and evaluation of pre-licensure nursing students

+ Developing and managing course syllabi while adhering to department and college standards

+ Collaborating with colleagues in course curriculum

+ Delivering learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students

+ Assist in the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials, effective teaching methodologies, informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions

+ Develop and adapt curriculum incorporating current technologies into the clinical learning environment

+ Implementing school/campus academic and attendance policies

+ Pursuing knowledge of innovations and changes within subject area and field of practice

+ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations

Job Requirements:

+ MSN or enrolled in MSN Program

+ Unencumbered NYS RN License

+ Recent clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior teaching experience

+ Prior teaching at the collegiate level
