We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers who are passionate about product quality and eager to build a career in quality assurance and software testing. You will receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced QA professionals to ensure our products meet high standards of functionality, usability, and reliability.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
+ Visually inspect printed pieces for color, alignment, bleed, and variable-data accuracy.
+ Verify print-programming templates produce correct output against source data
+ Log, track, and retest bugs in JIRA.
+ Perform basic website checks for custom applications.
+ Work with Ops and IT PM lead to reproduce and resolve issues.
+ Help document test cases and best practices with a mind for continuous improvement cycle in mind

+ Strong eye for detail.
+ Good written and verbal skills.
+ Comfort using computers and learning new software.
+ Willingness to follow test scripts and learn QA methods.
+ Ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies.
Tools & Tech:
+ JIRA for bug tracking.
+ MS Office for test logs.
+ Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox) for site checks.
Documentation & Process
+ Help maintain QA documentation such as test plans, checklists, and knowledge base articles.
+ Follow established QA procedures and contribute to process improvements as you gain experience.
Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work/life experience.
+ Familiarity with basic software development or testing concepts is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a desire to learn.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Able work in Office
Nice to Have (Not Required)
+ Basic familiarity variable print templates.
+ Basic understanding of SQL or scripting.
+ Any experience with manual QA (even in school or projects).
(If not QA experience in background) Hands-on work (retail, helpdesk, lab, assembly) that shows care and precision.
