Pay Range:

$22.00 - $30.25

Position Summary:

The responsibilities of the Advanced Manufacturing Technician are to assist the laboratory staff with the process of building and manufacturing science products. This position will assist with a variety of tasks within a laboratory setting that may include filling containers with product, setting up and running automated bottling machine, labeling product and recording data.

This position offers 1st shift hours of 8:00am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform complex manufacturing processes and procedures to produce high-quality products.

+ Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and instruments.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.

+ Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.

+ Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and research and development, to ensure that production targets are met.

+ Ensure that all manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with quality and safety standards.

+ Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and product specifications.

+ Train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians.

+ Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Education and Experience:

+ High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 year of relevant experience

+ Or, Associate degree preferred with Up to 1 year of relevant experience

+ 4 year science degree with no experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required

+ Works independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks

+ Ability to support and help others in the team

+ Knowledge of work performed by the department and learning how to perform multiple functions within the department

+ Flexibility to work on multiple tasks with increased effectiveness

+ Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Must work well both independently and in a team environment
