Pay: $35 to $45 flat rate.
Schedule: 3 shifts. 13 hours each per week on a rotating schedule. Will include some Saturdays.

Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:
+ Prior BMW or dealership experience is preferred OR completion of an automotive program. UTI Fasttrack and STEP Students are encouraged to apply.

+ Must be ambitious and a self-starter
+ Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends
+ ASE certified is preferred but not required.
+ Valid Driver's license in good standing.
+ Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life
+ Attention to detail and follow safety protocols
+ Professional in appearance and communication
Responsibilities:
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
+ Diagnose cause of malfunction.
+ Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
+ Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
+ Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
+ Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
Qualifications:
+ Prior automotive repair experience preferred
+ ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
