About the Role

Resource should have good knowledge as a scrum Master. Additonal Genesys Clound and Genesys On-Premise IVR testing using Cyara Automation Tool IVR manual testing Agent/routing testing Knowledge on WDE helps. Good to have knowledge on GAX Chat Dialer and callback testing and maintain quality of deliverables Ability to work in a high-pressure deadline-driven environment Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and Exceptional communication.

In this role, you will:

+ Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using Genesys Cloud technologies to meet business needs.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Genesys Cloud solutions within existing systems.

+ Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud Scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality.

+ Utilize Genesys Cloud WFM to optimize workforce management and improve operational efficiency.

+ Implement Genesys Cloud Outbound solutions to enhance customer engagement and communication strategies.

+ Integrate Genesys Cloud APIs to enable seamless data exchange and improve system interoperability.

+ Oversee the deployment and configuration of Genesys Cloud Architect to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys Cloud implementations to minimize downtime and disruptions.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Genesys Cloud technologies to drive innovation.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Genesys Cloud implementations.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

What you need to have:

+ Possess strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Scripts WFM Outbound APIs and Architect.

+ Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

+ Show proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

+ Have experience working in a hybrid work model with effective communication and collaboration skills.

+ Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

+ Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
