About the role
As a Functional Architect you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions to optimize retail operations. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
• Lead Blue Yonder solution design and implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
• Provide expertise in demand planning and forecasting
• Ensure accurate data conversion and integrity
• Develop specs and lead testing of supply chain systems

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Rocklin, CA. **What you need to have to be considered** .
• Extensive experience (8–12 years) with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Expertise in demand planning and forecasting (Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfilment, Assortment).
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and vendor management.
• Strong skills in data conversion and maintaining data integrity.
• Deep experience in business requirement gathering and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
These will help you stand out.
• Experience building and supporting new functionalities in Blue Yonder.
• Familiarity with retail domain supply chain and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Experience analyzing supply chain data and generating performance reports.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
