Posting Summary
Oversee all aspects of customer relations for biomedical support services at assigned client sites to include administrative supervision and training of staff, client marketing, contract preparations, organizational quality improvement initiatives and teams, and occasional client support. Present assessment of overall account performance to customers through reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead staff meeting and Performance Excellence Action Team activities. Contribute, support and participate in strategic planning, development and implementation in collaboration with department leaders.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree in biomedical technology with five year’s experience servicing a broad range of medical instrumentation required. Effective customer service, communication, supervisory and computer skills required. Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain and driver’s check required. Background check and drug screening required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience as a staff supervisor in a biomedical technology area desirable.
CBET Certification, CHTM Certification.
Anticipated Pay Range Mid to High 80,000's
