    **Pay Rate:** $20 - $22 per hour, increase upon conversion

    **Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    **Shifts:** 1st or 2nd shift

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Shipping & Receiving Clerk** to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This temp-to-hire position offers competitive pay and a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, with proficiency in using a **reach truck** .

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.

    + Operate a **reach truck** to move and organize inventory.

    + Verify and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.

    + Maintain proper documentation for all shipping and receiving transactions.

    + Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

    + Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

    + Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + **Previous reach truck experience REQUIRED.**

    + Experience working in high volume distribution center preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    + Proficiency with inventory tracking systems is a plus.

    + Reliable transportation to and from work.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
