    Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

    • Deliver on-site and virtual reimbursement education to healthcare providers, including training on Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorization, co-pay/patient assistance programs, and billing/coding

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manufacturer representatives to support efficient case management and provider interactions

    • Schedule appointments, complete outbound calls, assist with backlog casework, and track all activities in CRM systems for client reporting

    • Monitor and report on program performance and field interactions per service level agreements

    Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Must reside in MN, IA, or WI and be within 45 minutes of a major airport; must be able to travel 80% of the time (4 days/week)

    • Minimum of 8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience including Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and Medicare/commercial coverage

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; experience in gastroenterology and/or hepatology preferred

    • Must have strong communication, presentation, customer service, and organizational skills

    • Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR (motor vehicle record)

    **Pay Details:** $51.92 to $55.77 per hour
