Maintenance Sales Representative

**Location:** Gaithersburg, MD

**Salary Range:** $74,000 – $120,000 base + annual bonus

**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop new B2B relationships and secure HVAC maintenance contracts

+ Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and detailed building surveys

+ Present findings and negotiate service agreements

+ Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and performance targets

Qualifications

+ Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services

+ Strong communication, presentation, and CRM proficiency

+ Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
