    Job Title: Sr Software Engineer

    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting new software, utilizing a variety of technologies such as C#, Angular, TypeScript, Azure DevOps, and Docker. You will collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, and other development teams to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and fulfill business needs. This role requires active participation in an Agile software development environment, including daily Scrum meetings, monthly retrospectives, and planning meetings.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, and other development teams to ensure solutions are efficient and fulfill business needs.

    + Participate in requirements reviews and apply accepted programming standards and techniques.

    + Independently design quality solutions for large features and provide technical guidance and supervision to developers.

    + Work closely with the Software Engineering Manager and Architecture team to ensure adherence to best practices.

    + Interact with customers to help solve issues and act as liaison with manufacturers and vendors.

    + Contribute to an Agile development environment, participating in Scrum meetings and planning sessions.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

    + 5+ years of experience in software design and development using relevant technologies.

    + Strong technical experience and hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.

    + Development experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET object-oriented design.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in technical and business terms.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Angular and Docker.

    + Experience working in an Agile development environment.

    + Experience with HMI for automated machines and working with machine controllers, OPC UA.

    Work Environment

    Our team operates in an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum methodologies to foster collaboration and innovation. You will be working with cutting-edge technologies and tools, including C#, Angular, TypeScript, Azure DevOps, and Docker. This role requires regular attendance during work hours and may include overtime as needed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $112000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
