• Full Stack Developer

    Actalent (Carlsbad, CA)


    Description

    Design, develop, and maintain robust WordPress backend systems, including the creation of custom plugins and themes.

     

    Execute front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to enhance site functionality and appearance.

     

    Oversee hosting environments and resolve server-related issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

     

    Improve website speed, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall user experience through continuous optimization.

     

    Lead the end-to-end integration of CRM platforms such as Keap, Salesforce, and HubSpot to streamline data flow and enhance customer relationship management.

     

    Partner with marketing and sales teams to implement tracking mechanisms, automation workflows, and CRM-driven features.

     

    Enforce website security best practices and ensure timely updates of all software components.

     

    Document technical workflows and provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders as needed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
