Job Title: Research Associate

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

+ Prepare biological samples (cells, tissues, plasma) for LC-MS analysis

+ Perform protein lysis, immunoprecipitation, digestion, filtration, and concentration

+ Design and execute experiments in collaboration with scientists

+ Develop and optimize analytical methods

+ Analyze, interpret, and document results in electronic lab notebooks

+ Present findings and contribute to team discussions

+ Maintain high standards of lab safety and data integrity

REQUIREMENTS:

+ BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field + 3–5 years of experience

+ OR MS + 1–3 years of experience

+ Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows

+ Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques

+ Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus

+ Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols

+ Excellent data organization and communication skills
