Job Title: Property Manager

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $55,000 annually

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday

Property Manager Job Duties:

+ Oversee property operations, maintenance, and improvements.

+ Coordinate repair, renovation, and construction projects.

+ Manage rent collection, assistance payments, and property expenses.

+ Conduct regular property inspections and schedule needed maintenance.

+ Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, staff, and property owners.

+ Show properties to potential renters and explain lease terms.

+ Develop and implement marketing plans to fill vacancies.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance, expenses, and permits.

+ Enforce community rules and policies.

+ Handle tenant relations and resolve conflicts.

+ Perform other duties as needed.

Property Manager Job Requirements:

+ Minimum 2 years tax credit experience with management experience as well.

+ Three to five years of related experience required.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to train others.

+ Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of property management.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

+ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

+ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

+ Must be able to travel around a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
