    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our small satellite office, where you'll work closely with a tight-knit team of 3-4 individuals. In this role, you will report directly to the manager and focus primarily on office and clerical tasks, while also assisting with shipping and receiving duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Review and process purchase orders efficiently.

    + Use QuickBooks to enter orders and track all orders accurately.

    + Research and review delivery statuses to ensure timely completion.

    + Handle internal phone calls and assist with order acknowledgements, invoices, and credit card receipts.

    + Provide customers with account information, orders, receipts, and other necessary documentation.

    + Perform heavy data entry involving purchase orders, account information, and deliveries.

    + Utilize Outlook for extensive emailing and communication.

    + Enter orders into the system, ensuring necessary follow-up on orders and accounts.

    + Assist with shipping and receiving products, including packaging cables and labeling for shipping.

    + Work with UPS/FedEx for shipping purposes when needed.

    + Participate in ongoing product knowledge and training, demonstrating flexibility to learn new products and processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing order entry experience.

    + Minimum of 1+ years of proficiency in MS Outlook.

    + Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is essential.

    + Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.

    + Proven experience in data entry and order processing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous shipping experience.

    + Experience in manufacturing.

    + Computer proficiency, especially in QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel.

    Work Environment

    You will be working in a small, quiet office environment with a family-like atmosphere. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This role offers the opportunity for independent work, interacting daily with only 1-3 colleagues, creating a serene and focused work setting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
