Job Title: Pricing AnalystJob Description

The Pricing Analyst will communicate information to customers and sales representatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves negotiating and coordinating rates with carriers and truckers, monitoring group emails daily, problem-solving, understanding market conditions, issuing quotes, and conducting cost analysis. The focus will primarily be on pricing and quoting, with some time spent in operations.

Responsibilities

+ Communicate information to customers and sales representatives.

+ Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Negotiate and coordinate rates with carriers and truckers.

+ Monitor group emails daily.

+ Solve problems and understand the market conditions.

+ Issue quotes and follow up.

+ Conduct cost analysis.

+ Approach situations with a commercial/sales mindset.

+ Focus on pricing and quoting, with some operational duties.

+ Preferred experience in logistics (trucking, logistics analyst/coordinator, freight forwarder, customer broker, carrier, etc.)

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in an office environment, engaging with technologies and equipment related to pricing and logistics operations. The role involves collaboration with team members and external partners in a fast-paced setting, adhering to a professional dress code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
