As a Product Change Development Manager for Oreo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the most icon and globally recognized snacks. In this role, you will lead the delivery of Oreo`s diverse and dynamic product portfolio, managing cross-functional teams and coaching Product Change Manager to bring packaging and product changes to life. With a strong execution mindset, this role combines hands-on project leadership, people management, and portfolio coordination. You will be a key player in ensuring Mondelez delivers with precision, impact and innovation – on time, in full, and with world-class quality for Oreo.
How you will contribute
You will:
+ Lead the execution of cross-functional I2M (Innovation to Market) projects from planning to launch, supporting delivery on time, in scope, and within budget.
+ Drive compliance with Mondelez`s procedures and methodologies, driving gate readiness, documentation, risk assessment and mitigation.
+ Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, action tracking, and risk escalation, to enable effective decision-making.
+ Drive alignment and act as the central connector across key functions such as Marketing, R&D, Quality Procurement and Manufacturing.
+ Ensure strong data accuracy and integrity to support timely reporting, governance and decision-making.
Portfolio management
+ Manage the Oreo portfolio, maintaining visibility on project timelines, interdependencies, and resource needs.
+ Establish and lead strong governance practices, overseeing project timelines, risk management, resource planning, and performance reporting.
+ Represent the portfolio in forums and reviews, providing relevant updates and anticipating risks.
+ Support the growth of project management culture within the organization, modeling structured, collaborative, and forward-looking ways of working.
People management
+ Directly manage a team of Product Change Managers providing day-to-day support, coaching and development discussions.
+ Develop team capabilities through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and knowledge-sharing across Oreo`s complex and fast-paced environment.
+ Promote and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team, driving a strong sense of ownership and partnership.
Continuous Improvement
+ Champion a problem-solving mindset across your team, fostering agility and structure thinking in overcoming roadblocks.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to simplify ways of working or improve timelines.
+ Share learning and best practices across the PCM team to raise the bar on execution and standardization.
+ Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery and portfolio visibility.
What you will bring
+ 6+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, or product delivery within CPG or a similar fast-paced environment.
+ Bachelor`s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science).
+ Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across various workstreams, while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and effective governance.
+ Experience in people management, team development, or mentoring.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and aligning with senior stakeholders.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and capable of driving effective discussions with project resources, from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
+ A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process enhancements that improve project efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
+ A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and ability to operate with agility in a growth-focused entrepreneurial environment.
+ PMP certification is a plus.
+ Accolade experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
