Job Title: Purchasing AnalystJob Description
The Purchasing Analyst will be central to the manufacturing operations, responsible for managing and coordinating all purchasing activities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including order planning, procurement, and inventory management.
+ Purchase items for the build sites by working with the construction team.
+ Follow up consistently on orders, resolve delays or discrepancies, and ensure clear communication internally and externally.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and logistics providers.
+ Input and maintain accurate purchasing data in NetSuite (ERP system).
+ Generate reports and analyses to support inventory management and procurement strategies.
+ Support cross-functional teams in the development and execution of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years purchasing/procurement experience.
+ Experience with purchase orders.
+ ERP experience, especially NetSuite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven track record coordinating with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and external suppliers.
+ Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a casual dress code. The local facility hosts 10-15 employees, fostering a rapidly growing environment with numerous projects in planning.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
