Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills to support ongoing warehouse and logistics projects. This remote temporary/contract role will work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate key activities related to warehouse consolidation, inventory movement, and vendor management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with data, and is eager to support smooth transitions and efficient logistics operations.
**Hours** : Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm EST
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
+ Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource schedules for warehouse consolidation efforts
+ Track progress against deliverables and escalate issues or delays
+ Collect and analyze data related to inventory, throughput, transportation, and labor pre- and post-consolidation using Excel
+ Coordinate logistics activities with operations, supply chain, IT, and facilities
+ Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and documentation
+ Support planning and execution of physical moves, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies
+ Assist in coordinating vendor and 3PL activities
+ Support the relocation of Graham Mart, including contractor follow-up
+ Help manage change control processes and ensure successful go-live support
+ Organize stakeholder meetings and maintain detailed records of project activities
Qualifications
+ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar discipline
+ 3 years experience in data analysis, reporting and/or project pa.
+ SAP experience a must.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, and data analysis required)
+ Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain projects preferred
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+ Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-driven environment
Compensation Statement
The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
