Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Co-Op for the Spring and Summer of 2026, in the below posting location. In this role, you will gain engineering experience by work closely with experienced engineers on oil and gas pipeline, pumping / compressor stations, storage facility, and renewable energy projects.

Posting Location(s) for this role: St. Louis, MO

Job Activities:

+ Concept through final design of pipelines and related facilities

+ Mechanical integrity: in–line inspection, rehabilitation, and hydro-static pressure testing

+ Construction documents and administration

+ Cost estimating

+ Material specifications

+ General project and office support

Specific Requirements include:

+ Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program

+ Willing to work full-time during the Summer and Fall semesters from January - August 2026

+ Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

+ Excellent Communication skills

+ Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license
