Job Duties and Responsibilities
The individual selected for this position will perform the responsibilities of a Manager, Strategic Sourcing for the Enterprise Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for:
+ Executing RFQ/RFP/RFI sourcing events
+ Negotiating complex supply chain contracts
+ Building and executing category and sourcing strategies
+ Recommending supplier selections to executive stakeholders
+ Analyze current supply chain and sourcing performance; identify and implement improvement opportunities
+ Provide strategic direction for supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance improvement
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Units, Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing leadership to ensure sourcing solutions align with organizational goals
+ Support the development and standardization of sourcing processes, tools, and best practices
+ Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical sourcing practices, and relevant regulatory requirements
+ Review historical spend data and purchasing trends to inform strategy
+ Support escalation and dispute resolution with suppliers as needed
+ Oversee and participate in drafting and refinement of contract language in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field required
+ Master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred
+ 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or people management capacity
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven success managing sourcing for complex categories including hardware, software, and services
+ Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor management skills
+ Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
