    Description

    Summary:We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager/Application Manager to lead our development team in building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

    + Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

    + Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.

    + Implement best practices for development and deployment

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + 7+ years hands on tech knowledge on API development and cloud experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5+ years leading others in the development of software in a team environment.

    + Ability to take on issues and bring them to completion making sure a consistent delivery process is followed.

    + Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.

     

    Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure.

     

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

     

    Proficient in CICD processes and have knowledge of release management and application support.

     

    + Available for on-call production support as needed

     

    Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
